Arielle Winfield is a dynamic entrepreneur
and consumer psychology expert with a Wall Street background in Private Wealth Management Marketing. Now, Winfield is a business consultant, public speaker, and model.
Arielle founded InterGen Consulting to build and launch impactful, mission-focused marketing strategies by leveraging social media and the creator economy. Her leadership enables a deeper understanding of Gen Z & Millennial audiences, as well as drive transformational relationships. She's worked with high profile clients including Matter Neuroscience, Infinity Song, and Kanye West.
From keynote presentations to panels and podcasts, Winfield has addressed audiences on the importance of mental health, entrepreneurship and building a brand. What inspires her as an entrepreneur is leadership and purpose. She aims to inspire and help others thoroughly understand and effectively monetize the current digital landscape.
While studying at the University of Pennsylvania, Winfield began building her fashion & lifestyle blog, Heylifestylee, and has grown her following to almost 10,000 across her blog and social media. She has worked with brands such as Neutrogena, CVS Pharmacy, The New York Times, GoDaddy, and more. Winfield has also been an invited guest on MTV's hit show TRL.
As an Ivy League and MIT educated creative, STEAM (Science, Tech, Engineering, Art, Math) nerd, former 2-sport Division 1 athlete (volleyball and track & field), mental health advocate, world traveler, and fashionista, Arielle is a multi-hyphenate business woman. Her deep understanding of cognitive science gives Arielle a unique perspective and allows her to create real value for her clients and business partners.
Arielle founded The Happy Mask Store in April 2020 in order to help address the massive PPE shortage due to the novel Coronavirus. Founded on a philanthropic mission of donating a mask for every two masks sold, The Happy Mask Store achieved a global presence and sold thousands of reusable, cotton face masks. She successfully sold the business for a profit less than 2 years later.
Arielle founded Sessions in April 2019. Sessions' goal was to establish a new model for creatives to have a form of universal basic income. The vision, to empower content creation careers through community, technology, and financial opportunity. Arielle pivoted from building this tech product and poured all that she learned into her successful consulting business, InterGen Consulting.

HW Works is Harvard-Westlake's private, online professional networking community. Alumni are invited to build relationships with thousands of fellow alumni across different career fields. The HW Works program also sponsors events that facilitate alumni to alumni and alumni to student connections.
The Board of Advisors helps shape HW Works programming and facilitates greater connectivity between campus and alumni stakeholders.
